Property listing & photo removal requests

Removal requests are not accepted

Spachus does not remove property listings, historical property records or property photographs simply because a removal is requested. Property history, including sale information, property details, floor plans and photographs of the building, forms part of Spachus' independent property tracking and market data. The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) regulates personal information about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable. Information relating to a property is not automatically personal information simply because it relates to a home or street address. Property listing or photo removal requests based solely on ownership, occupancy, privacy preference or home security concerns are not accepted. There is no property listing or photo removal request form on this page. If information is factually incorrect, a photograph identifies a person, personal information is displayed, or you believe there is a specific legal issue, you may use General enquiry to provide the property URL, identify the exact information or image, and explain the concern so it can be reviewed.
